My solution; make a journal and hope for the best. 
Okay, guys (guys being my... what, seven watchers? Love you guys!) here's the dealio, I'm going to Prom this Saturday, buuuuuuuut... too lazy to find a dress + too much a crossplayer to actually go to an event as a girl (go figgur), so I'm going in a suit. So from the shoulders down I'm set, but from the neck up?
Help me out! What's the look?
-OHMYGOD BISHIE HAIR SQUEEEEEEEEEE! (And you must have SPARKLES too!!11!1gasm)
-Duuuuuude, many much microbraids, for the win! (<- I'll need the help of a willing Xaldin for that one, I think)

Heyyyyy, guys. So, I just had this really funny conversation with my brother, and I thought I'd share it with you, just to see if you found the ass-backwards hypocrisy just as infuriatingly hilarious.
So, he comes over, and he starts talkin' bout his friends and alcohol and drugs and how you shouldn't knock it unless you've tried it, and somehow after that we end up on the subject of anime, and his observations were these; that people who enjoyed anime were intellectually inferior, socially inept, lonely, 'sexually/psychologically disturbed' (oh, look, he's actually DICTATING for me now), how they're 'physically/mentally unattractive and/or diseased,' and how the general public generally looks down on them and disrespects them.
.... Yeah, can I get a HOO-RAH! or something from anyone else who thinks that's total bullshit?
This message brought to you by the asshat who considers pot a good seasoning for steak. HIS friends worship an effing stone they decorated with bones and smeared their blood on, and they go around beating the crap out of each other. He thinks that carrying two axes in a public location (a child's park) is acceptable social behavior, but 'going to an anime convention is NOT.' I suggested that he could always go to a convention, because you know, you shouldn't knock something until you've tried it (Jesus, does that sound familiar to anyone?), but of course, I'm just an anime-lover ('Japanimation freak'), so what the fuck do I know.
If you found his arguments persuasive, you could always shed your disgusting manga-reading ways and join his Anime Help Alliance (AHA). Be advised that the schedule would probably be disrupted by his drinking with his friends and beating the shit out of each other.
